Shipping policy

Every order placed with Baldany ships free of charge through our standard delivery service to addresses within the United Kingdom. If you have any questions about getting your order to you, our team is reachable at support@baldany.com.

Where We Deliver

This policy covers orders being sent to addresses across the United Kingdom. At this time, we're unable to deliver to P.O. boxes or military postal addresses, and we don't yet ship beyond the UK.

Where Your Order Is Fulfilled From

Baldany operates out of Portugal, but we work with fulfilment centres and logistics partners around the world to get your order to you, so the location your package actually ships from won't always match our registered business address. When you place an order with us, you're agreeing that it may be picked, packed, and dispatched from a warehouse outside of Portugal.

How Long Processing Takes

Once your payment goes through, we begin preparing your order within 1 to 4 business days, Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 5:00PM (GMT) Greenwich Mean Time will move into processing the next business day.

How Long Delivery Takes

After your order is processed, expect it to spend 6 to 12 business days in transit, Monday through Friday. Estimated delivery time, from the moment you place your order to the moment it lands on your doorstep, you're looking at 7 to 16 business days. 

Keeping Track of Your Order

Every order comes with tracking included. As soon as your package is on its way, we'll email you a confirmation with a tracking number so you can follow its journey to you in real time.

When Deliveries Run Late

We work hard to hit our estimated delivery windows, but things like severe weather, a surge in order volume, or issues on the carrier's end can occasionally cause delays. Should your order take longer than the window we've quoted, reach out to us right away and we'll look into it with you.

If Your Order Goes Missing or Arrives Damaged

Should your package not turn up, or arrive in poor condition, email us at support@baldany.com with your order number, along with photos of any damage if that applies. Our team will look into what happened and get you either a replacement or a full refund.
