2. Timing of Payment
We collect payment in full as soon as you place your order. Nothing gets confirmed or sent out on our side until that payment has successfully cleared. Should your card or payment method be turned down, we'll send you an email to let you know, and the order won't move forward until the issue is resolved.
3. Currency
As we ship to the United Kingdom, everything on our site is priced and billed in British pounds (GBP), and this is applied automatically without any need for you to change settings.
4. How we keep payments safe

5. Changes to prices

Baldany may put an order on hold or cancel it outright if we have reason to think it involves fraud or a payment method that wasn't authorised for use. On larger purchases, or ones that seem unusual, we might ask for further proof of identity - this is simply to keep things safe for everyone who shops with us.
