Pricing & Currency
Since we ship to the United Kingdom, all prices on our site are shown and charged in British pounds (GBP). Prices can be revised at any time without advance warning, and we're not able to apply a discount code or promotion after a purchase has already been completed - offers only count toward orders placed while they're active.
Keeping Your Payment Secure
We treat the safety of your payment information as a top priority. All transactions are processed through SSL-encrypted, PCI DSS–compliant payment gateways. Baldany does not keep your card details stored on our systems.
Refunds & Chargebacks
Any refund we issue follows what's set out in our Return & Refund Policy, and money is always sent back to whichever payment method you originally used. Should something go wrong with a charge, we'd rather sort it out directly - reach out to us at support@baldany.com before opening a chargeback with your bank, and we'll work to fix the issue quickly. That said, if a chargeback is filed without cause or turns out to be fraudulent, we will contest it and look into the matter.
Guarding Against Fraud
To keep both our customers and our business protected, Baldany may pause or cancel any order that looks like it could involve fraud or an unauthorised card, and we may ask for extra proof of identity on larger orders or ones that raise a flag on our end.
